If you purchase a fine jewelry piece (made of 14k gold) from EMIGH.US you are eligible to receive a free repair within one year of the original purchase date. If an EMIGH Fine Jewelry piece fails during normal wear within one year of the original purchase date due to a defect in material or workmanship, as solely determined by us, we will repair the EMIGH Fine Jewelry piece with like quality materials at no cost. If an EMIGH Fine Jewelry piece is damaged after the first year, we will facilitate repairs with like quality materials at an additional cost. Any decision to repair a piece of fine jewelry is subject to review and in EMIGH’s sole discretion, and EMIGH may refuse to repair any piece of jewelry for any reason whatsoever. You must provide us with a valid proof of purchase to receive a repair.
EMIGH is not responsible for lost or damaged jewelry after delivery has been accepted.
All returns of fine jewelry must be securely packaged (in the original jewelry box) and must include a completed repair form filled out. Please contact Customer Service to request a repair form.
Please allow 30 business days for your repairs to be complete plus additional time for shipping, if applicable. Repair processing begins after your package is delivered to us.
